Welcome to the Liquid Phone application (the "App"), developed and published by Silent Orbit (the "Developer"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we handle your data when you use our application, including the permissions we request and how we use them.
To provide you with a fully functional dialer experience, our app requires the following core permissions:
Why we need it: We require this permission to display your address book, allow you to search for contacts, and save new contacts directly from the dialer.
How we use it: Your contacts are accessed locally on your device to display names and photos during incoming and outgoing calls. We do not upload, sell, or share your contact list with any third-party servers.
Why we need it: This permission is necessary to display your recent call history and allow you to delete or modify call records.
How we use it: Call logs are stored locally. We use this data strictly to show your recent calls. We do not transmit your call history off your device.
Why we need it: We need this permission to initiate phone calls when you dial a number, and to detect incoming calls so we can display the incoming call screen.
How we use it: This is the core functionality of a dialer app. Phone state information is used exclusively to manage active calls.
Why we need it: We need this permission to transmit your voice during an active phone call.
How we use it: Audio is processed strictly during active calls to provide the core telephony service. We do not record or store your conversations.
Why we need it: This permission allows you to decline an incoming call with a quick text message response.
How we use it: SMS functionality is only triggered by your explicit action to send a quick reply. We do not read your SMS messages or send automated texts without your action.
Why we need it: The camera permission may be used for specific features like setting a contact photo or supporting potential future video call functionalities.
How we use it: Camera access is local to your device and images are not uploaded to our servers.
Why we need it: To provide our call blocking feature and prevent unwanted spam calls, we interact with your device's native blocked numbers database.
How we use it: Your blocked numbers list is accessed and managed locally on your device. We do not transmit or share your blocked contacts with any third-party servers.
If you set our app as your Default Phone App, we handle all incoming and outgoing calls. This requires deep integration with your device's telephony service. We guarantee that all call routing and management happens securely on your device.
Our application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services help us monitor the app's performance and provide relevant advertisements.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. AdMob may collect and use your advertising ID and other device data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage your ad preferences or opt-out of personalized ads through your device settings.
We use Firebase to monitor app stability, crash reports, and basic usage analytics. This helps us identify and fix bugs faster. The data collected by Firebase is anonymized and does not include your contacts or call logs.
We implement appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. Since all core data (contacts, call logs) remains local to your device, its security is tied to your device's overall security settings (like your lock screen passcode or biometrics).
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
Your call logs, contacts, and phone state data are retained solely on your device. We do not store this data on our servers. You have complete control over this data and can delete it at any time by clearing your device's app data or manually deleting entries.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used exclusively to provide the core functionality of the dialer application on your device.
You have the right to revoke any permissions granted to our application at any time through your device's system settings. Please note that revoking core permissions (like Phone or Contacts) will prevent the app from functioning properly.
Our application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or our privacy practices, please contact us at facttech709@gmail.com.
